The Preferences page holds the settings that apply across your account. Open it with Preferences in the app navigation. Plan, credits, data export and account deletion are on the Account page instead.

Timezone
The timezone decides when the monthly credits refresh and how times appear in your meditation history. It also sets the currency of the prices on the Account page. Open Meadow sets it from your browser at first. You can change it under Appearance.
Default Player Settings
Defaults apply to meditations created after you change them. Existing meditations keep their own voice, music and ending sound.
