There are two ways to change a meditation you already have. Edit Script changes the meditation itself. Adapt creates a new meditation from it and leaves the original as it is.
| Option | What changes | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Edit Script | The meditation itself | Small, precise changes: a word, a sentence, a pause length, a section title. |
| Adapt | A new meditation is created | Bigger changes: a different length, language, focus or style, done together with Omi. |
Edit the script
- Open the meditation in the player.
- Open More and choose Edit Script. You can also choose it from the actions menu of a meditation card in chat.
- Change the text. The editor shows the estimated duration, and a Formatting Guide explains titles, sections, speech and pause markers.
- Choose Replace Script, check the result, and choose Confirm.
Open Meadow checks the script before saving and points out problems, such as a pause marker it cannot read. It also asks you to adjust text that does not read as a meditation. After you save, it generates new audio only for the passages you changed. The other passages keep their audio, so a small edit uses few credits.
Changing the title line, the one that starts with #, renames the meditation.
Edit Script is available once the script is complete, and only for your own meditations.

Adapt into a new version
- In My Library, open the actions menu of a meditation card and choose Adapt.
- A new chat opens with the meditation attached.
- Describe the changes you want, for example "make it 20 minutes", "translate it into Spanish" or "focus more on the breath".
- Omi writes a new Script Draft. Review it and choose Save & Play.
The new version appears at the top of My Meditations in My Library. The original stays as it is.
You can also adapt meditations that other people share with you, when they allow it. See Share a meditation.
