Deleting your account closes it straight away and removes your personal data permanently after a short delay. Deletion cannot be undone.
Delete
- Open Account in the app navigation.
- Under Manage Account, choose Delete Account.
- Confirm in the dialog.
You are signed out on every device. Signing in again shows "This account is closed and scheduled for deletion."
What is removed
- your saved meditations and their audio
- your chats with Omi
- Lyria recordings
- meditation history and progress
- personal audio recordings
- preferences and settings, including custom voices and the ElevenLabs connection
- credit activity
- your account and sign-in details
Open Meadow permanently deletes the data 7 days after the account is closed. Copies may remain in standard backups for up to about 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.
Before deleting
- An export keeps a copy of your meditations and scripts.
- A download keeps the audio of a meditation.
- Extra credits are removed with the account.
- Shared links to your meditations keep working until the data is deleted, then stop.
