You can try Open Meadow without an account. The Instant Player on the homepage turns a meditation script into audio in your browser. You only need a script.

Play a script
- Paste a complete meditation script into Your Script. Any format works, including a script written by ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
- Choose Play.
- If Open Meadow is unsure how to use your script, it asks you to choose:
- Preserve as Is keeps your wording and pauses.
- Adapt Script adjusts the wording and pauses. You can also choose a duration from 5 to 30 minutes, or No preference.
- Choose a voice, background music and ending sound in Playback Settings.
- The player opens. Playback can start before the whole meditation has audio.
You can download the finished meditation as an MP3 from the player.
The demo plays complete scripts. The chat, available with a free account, can turn a request such as "a 10-minute meditation about stress" into a meditation.
The demo includes Kokoro, Gemini and ElevenLabs voices.
Demo limits
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| Script length | Up to 15,000 characters |
| Meditations | Up to 3 |
| Credits | 10, shared by script writing and voices |
| Demos | One per browser |
| How long it lasts | 4 weeks. After that, you can no longer create or play demo meditations. |
When the demo has no meditations or credits left, Open Meadow offers to create an account. This also happens if the credits run out while a meditation is being generated.
Keep your demo meditations
Sign in or create an account in the same browser before the demo expires. Your demo meditations then move to My Library. For a new account, the credits you used count toward the 50 credits of the free trial. For an existing account, they count toward its current allowance.
After you sign up
Signed-in accounts have their own Instant Player in the app, under Instant Player in the navigation. It accepts scripts up to 20,000 characters, saves every meditation in My Library and uses your account's credits.
