The meditation writer sets the pauses in the script, but with this slider, you can further adjust their duration while listening (slow them down when you need more time, or tighten them up if you prefer it faster).

Perhaps the single biggest new feature: you can now chat with a friendly assistant to write and rewrite your meditations.

We paid particular attention to teaching the chat assistant how to respect your desired duration.

To do this effectively, I'll lengthen the periods of silence and deepen the guidance in each section, allowing for a much more immersive experience. We’ll spend more time anchoring with the breath and gradually expanding into open awareness, with significant space at the end for resting in stillness.
